Should you require a price or transit time only please contact DHL Customer Services on 08701 100 300 where one of our dedicated agents will be pleased to assist you. If you import into the UK on a regular basis we may be able to assist you with preferential rates, please call Customer Services for details. Completion of the following form is necessary to ensure delays are not incurred whilst processing your request. We would also ask that all information is typed or in block capitals. If required please refer to the guide-lines below. COLLECTION AND DELIVERY DETAILS :- Please enter the company name and address of both the collection and delivery addresses including postal/zip codes and the country - DHL are not able to collect from PO Boxes. A full contact name and telephone number, including STD codes, is required for each address. SHIPMENT DETAILS :- Enter the number of pieces to collect and the date (dd/mm/yy) they will be ready. State a brief but concise description of contents. Please note that DHL can not carry IATA classified dangerous goods. Enter the weight and dimensions stating if the measurements are metric or imperial along with the content value in GBP or USD. CHARGES :- Please enter the account number to which you wish the transit costs to be charged and the date of when the request is made. Sign and clearly print your name to authorise the request along with your telephone number so we can contact you to confirm receipt of the request. Should you wish to cover the shipment value fully against loss, damage and reconstructional costs please request insurance cover. (Insurance cover is calculated as 1% of the value, minimum charge GBP 7.50). If insurance is not requested or an option not made the shipment will be covered to a maximum value of USD 100.00. DHL will endeavour to contact you to confirm receipt of your request within 2 Hours. However, if you do not receive a call within this time you are welcome to call and confirm receipt.
